Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Whether you are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah — we bring Al Afrah to your door.

Delivery Timeframes

• Ready-made products — Same-day or next-day delivery, subject to order time and availability
• Custom orders — 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation
• Scheduled delivery — You may request a specific delivery time within our working hours, including weekends

Temperature-Controlled Delivery

All our deliveries are carried out in fully air-conditioned vehicles to ensure that your chocolates, flowers, and gourmet treats arrive in perfect condition — especially important during the UAE's warm climate.

Delivery Instructions & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of order
• If an incorrect address is provided, we will do our best to redirect the order; however, an additional delivery charge may apply
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions provided with the order
• Refunds are not available for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or recipient unavailability

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from what was ordered, or in poor condition, please contact us immediately:

• Flowers: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery
• Chocolates & gourmet treats: Notify us within 12 hours of delivery
• Please provide clear photos of the product and delivery note for a prompt review
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement at the earliest available slot or a full refund to your original payment method
