How to Redeem Your Gift Card

Visit the Store

Go to alafrah82.com and browse our full collection of chocolates, flowers, and gift sets.

Add to Cart

Choose your favourite items and add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.

Toggle Gift Card

At the Payment step, enable the "Redeem a gift card" toggle (shown in blue in the screenshot below).

Enter Your Code

Type your gift card code in the field and press Apply. Your balance will be deducted instantly.

The red arrow indicates the Redeem a gift card toggle — turn it on to reveal the code entry field, then tap Apply.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • This gift card can be redeemed only at alafrah82.com and is not valid in-store at physical branches.
  • The gift card validity and usage are as mentioned on the card. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
  • The gift card is applicable to all items available for purchase on alafrah82.com, unless otherwise stated on specific promotional pages.
  • The full value does not need to be used in a single order. Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on future purchases within the same validity period stated on the card. Once expired, any unused balance will be forfeited.
  • If the order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method at checkout.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase additional gift cards.
  • Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards and codes will not be replaced or refunded. Please keep your code safe and do not share it publicly.
  • Al Afrah Chocolate & Flowers is not responsible for unauthorized use of the gift card once it has been delivered to the recipient.
  • The gift card cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or special promotions, unless explicitly stated on the offer.
  • Orders placed using a gift card remain subject to the standard refund, return, and cancellation policies. Any approved refund will be credited back as a gift card balance, not cash.
  • Al Afrah Chocolate & Flowers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the gift card program, or to reject a gift card if fraud, abuse, or technical error is suspected.
  • By purchasing, receiving, or using this gift card, the holder agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the general Terms of Use of alafrah82.com.
